First, a John Sevigny Website finally exists. It's at
www.johnsevigny.com. For the time being, it will serve as the virtual "point of sale" for my upcoming book of photographs, "El Muerto Pare el Santo." I've also put links to my major projects up, so you can browse everything from Ladies' Bar to Nomads. The site will of course grow with time, but for now, I'll continue to use this blog as a main point of communication regarding talks, exhibitions and other news.
Second, for those of you who have ordered the book, it's in the works. There were some technical issues regarding duotone printing that had to be worked out with the printer but now it's full speed ahead. I expect to be shipping them out within four weeks, perhaps sooner depending on logistics.
Finally, I will be in Chicago this week for a series of talks, an exhibition, and other events. I'll post more information as it becomes available.
